Apollo and message stores limit

Hi Hiram,

I don't know if it is already supported and not documented.
I think it would be good to be able to specify a max limit for the message
stores.

It would allow to limit the application size within the partition and would
give
more control on running different instances or applications in the same
partition.

Does this make sense to you?

Cheers,
