Convert System.out.println and System.err.println to log4j equivalents.

Team,

I noticed a boat-load of System.out.println's and System.out.println's in java\samples\**.java and
java\test\**.java. Shall i change them as follows:
System.out.println -> category.info
System.err.println -> category.error

The automated test output will  be lot cleaner this way.
