Now in spark hive it parse sql use 
def getAst(sql: String): ASTNode = ParseUtils.findRootNonNullToken((new ParseDriver).parse(sql))
this is ok in hive-0.12, but will lead to NPE version in hive-0.13

So add hiveconf here to make it more general to compatible with hive-0.12 and hive-0.13
