Xslt component - Add File based stream based ResultHandler
----------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CAMEL-2589
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/CAMEL-2589
             Project: Apache Camel
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: camel-core, camel-spring
            Reporter: Claus Ibsen
            Assignee: Claus Ibsen
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 2.3.0

So people with large files can transforms using streams and have it stored directly into files instead of in memory.

It should be possible to set a header or some other way to specify what the file name should be.
