This is what I felt looks best. First I tried to have images on the left and text on the right, but since our logos are more wide than tall, it looks odd. Let me know what improvements we can make on this. One thought : do we need to have text explaining the icons for mailing list, documentation and github code?
For smaller screens, we can shift to one column instead of two.
