【OSPP】Schema Evolution Support for SeaTunnel on Flink CDC Connector.

&nbsp; &nbsp; Hello Apache SeaTunnel community, I'm pleased to share my implementation proposal for adding Schema Evolution support to the SeaTunnel Flink CDC Connector.&nbsp;
&nbsp; &nbsp; The detailed design document is attached to this email.
&nbsp; &nbsp; Key focus areas:
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- Source-to-Sink schema change propagation mechanism
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- Flink engine integration strategy
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- Transactional coordination framework
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- Backward compatibility handling
&nbsp; &nbsp; I'd greatly appreciate your technical review and feedback on this proposal. Your expertise will be invaluable in refining this implementation.
&nbsp; &nbsp; Looking forward to collaborating with the community on this feature.

add&nbsp;attachments.&nbsp;Please&nbsp;update&nbsp;the&nbsp;design&nbsp;doc&nbsp;to&nbsp;online&nbsp;document,&nbsp;and

Thanks Jiaxin! But I can find your design because apache mail can not
add attachments. Please update the design doc to online document, and
share the document link.
