Help me....Chinese problem

I want to modify "welcome.title=Welcome to Roller" ,like this
"welcome.title=欢迎来到博客（chinese character）"
but I get the display like this "»¶Ó­À´µ½º£Ê¢Ôì¼Û²©¿ÍÍø"

Thank you!I already resolve the problem,modify the
ApplicationResources.properties and ApplicationResources_zh_CN.properties.
I translate it into simple Chinese!

"STEP 6: Check your internationalization settings"
