In current Helix customized view implementation, the refresh of customized view cache happens in routing table provider, therefore, there can be a period that the cache and zk data are inconsistent. In this case, the cache data is actually stale and cannot be used. It's preferable to move the cache refresh in the aggregation stage, together with zk update.
