[ANNOUNCE] Commons Parent 37 released

Commons Parent 37 has been released.

The main changes are:

* addition of Animal Sniffer (profile: animal-sniffer) which is
enabled by default.
* site-basic profile which disables as many reports etc as possible to
make it easy to test component documentation
* updates to plugin versions

The documentation for the POM has also been revised:

Please report (or just fix - can be done using CMS) any doc errors and
omissions.

Note: components are recommended to upgrade to this version, but this
is not mandatory, so if it causes problems, please revert to the
original version - and report the problems on the mailing list or in
JIRA under COMMONSSITE
