+ http://jakarta.apache.org/velocity/developer-guide.html (and possibly other
+ documents) are very non printer friendly and are virtually impossible to print
+ (at least with my configuration: IE 5, Windows NT4, and HP laser 6L).

+ There are two problems:
+
+ 1. The left margin that is used for the table of content is very wide and
+ is wasted on most of the pages.
+
+ 2. (More important) the body text is in a fixed width table that is wider than
+ the page width. This results in a significant portion of each line not showing
+ on the printed page.
+
+ Please have a printer friendly version of the documents.
