large files are corrupted when using:
<a href="foo.file">click to download</a>

Use a CRC program to compare orig with downloaded.

My test: all on local machine - 2MB - 12MB files,
non-standard mime type file - in my tests a ".rec" file.

The downloaded files are exactly the same byte-length, and
are mostly similar - but some bits are altered.
