Windows binaries on mirror?

Good morning all

I'm having real problems downloading *any* SVN Windows
binary (zip or setup) - just get server not found or
redirect not found.

Is there a mirror anywhere that will give me access to
these files?

might that be the infamous "tigris.org requires cookies enabled for
download" problem again?
