WICKET-7180 minor improvements to user guide

I've used claude to go through our user guide and it found several minor
issues, typos, non-compiling examples and stale references.

This PR (https://github.com/apache/wicket/pull/1424) fixes them.

The WICKET-7180 ticket has more things to say, but these were the easy ones
to fix.
