[VFS] Is FTPS (SSL) supported ? (not asking about SFTP ssh)

  Does vfs now support FTPS (ftp over ssl) or is there a way to get this?
  I googled and saw and old link where someone talked about it and said it
  was not supported last year.

I saw on the ML that there is a patch for commons-net ongoing which adds
support for ftps. As soon as this is available we can add support for it
into vfs.
