Install an IBM JDK V7 64bit on the Buildbot machine mentioned in the subject line to build and function test TomEE trunk on this particular JDK.

If the project team can't setup a new TomEE builder for the newly installed IBM JDK V7 such a builder should additionally be configured on the Buildbot machine mentioned in the subject line.
