Seems the RTL functionality for Hebrew is completly broken. I tried with Hebrew
and also with Latin letters. Both are not working for Bullets and Numbering.

Please attach the .odt-file itself, so that it is easier to test. Please make a
test file including a list with default numbering from toolbar and lists from a
list style, one with numbering in "Native numbering" and one with numbering
with Hebrew from the drop-down list. The drop-down list is in the Options page
of the Numbering style dialog.
