[PR] fix(ci): modify Redis build cache keys [kvrocks]

jihuayu opened a new pull request, #3430:

   Ubuntu 22.04 incorrectly uses the cached redis-cli from Ubuntu 24.04, causing go test to fail. 
   Update the cache key to prevent this issue.
