jtl file with no content while test is started with remote hosts

Hi,
   
  I have done a test run with remote hosts. When I opened to view the results from the jtl file, I am not able to view anything other than the headers. Please help me out to resolve this issue. I am not able to continue the test runs because of this. Thanks in advance.
