    Description: 
There seems to be space for improvements in Stratos Installer released with 3.0.0 RC4 release.

1. Remove unused environment variables.
2. Remove unused scripts found in stratos-installer/resources directory.
3. Add comments and re-order variables in stratos-installer/conf/setup.conf.

Important:
The above changes will not affect any of the Stratos packages released in 3.0.0 RC4 release, rather it will only update the installer scripts which will be downloaded separately from the git repository.
