Apache DS

Hello, I want to know how to connect Windows 10 to the Apache directory?

I have a Windows server 2016 with Java 64 bit installed, an Active directory with a domain created, Apache DS and Apache Directory Studio.
and I somehow set up small rules in Apache D.Studio

My Windows 10 is connected to a Windows 2016 domain called vlad.domain

And in the end I want to ask again
How do I connect Win 10 to the Apache directory so that the rules set in Studio take effect?
