We have tests that execute against GFSH classes before the binary distribution has been assembled, but none that test the real GFSH distribution in the way that an end-user would use it.  For instance, if the gfsh-dependencies.jar were to be built incorrectly (say it ends up empty), GFSH would fail catastrophically, but none of our existing tests would fail.
