[PROPOSAL] Two changes for to our BOM

Hi!

while we've been working with the Hadoop community
on stabilizing Hadoop 2.0.4-alpha two things have happened:
   1. Hue 2.3 is about to be released
   2. Giraph 1.0 is about to be released

I'd like to propose these as changes to our BOM. I know
this is late in the game, but both versions feel way better
compared to the ones we're targeting.

Chime in if you happen to disagree, otherwise: BIGTOP-832
BIGTOP-926

Thanks,
Roman.

+1, they seem reasonable and fairly self-contained.

+0 overall

+1, considering the bigtop goal is to be a cutting edge integration of
hadoop ecosystem components so why not include a latest release of
components.
+0, considering another equally important goal that bigtop should do
releases in a timely manner instead of continuous change to goal posts.
This suggested change isn't anticipated to destabilize current state of 0.6
- so this should be fine.
