Online Help Framework?

I'm using Struts, Tiles, and JSPs in a model 2 architecture and wanted
to introduce a nice help system into my web interface. Things like "How
do I....?", context help, etc. I've spent a little time researching the
topic via Google, mailing list archives, and the resources section of
the Struts site and have found 0 hits. I know that this concept is
fairly straight forward and that JavaHelp would probably get me going to
some extent (though it still seems to depend on Swing) and it could be
overkill, but as always, I'm looking for someone who may have written a
nice taglib and/or framework that I could integrate into my app without
reinventing the wheel. Any tips from the Struts populace? How did you do
it for your application?
