cordova 8 send silent sms

i use this plugin https://github.com/rampicos/Cordova-SMS-Plugin for
sending sms silently (send a secret key), but the plugin says, your
application must be default SMS App to send sms

question :

   1. how to send silent sms without being a default SMS App

Hi Rubi,

This list is for developer who are developing cordova. If you have usage questions, please use stack overflow, or the slack channel. 

I’ll answer your question on SO, but in a nutshell, you can’t do that because of security restrictions. Think of the implications of sending a sms to your contacts without you knowing....
