All these are pretty old. Anyone recognise obvious junk ?
In future, I think we need some README files for anything that's
compressed e.g.
mod_conv.0.2.README
with a few words to say what it is, what it does and against which
version of Apache.

Which isn't always a bad idea.

Which is another not bad idea, although we are still somewhat responsible
for it even in contrib.
Hey, guess what, this all fits in with the reorganizing Configure and the
directory tree thing.

Only if we also want to commit to maintaining it... oh, unless we do like
bind and have a contrib dir. Yeah I kind of like that.

At this point we also should consider what, if any, modules there are out
there that have compatible licensing and would be worth including in the
distribution.
