   * apisix version (cmd: `apisix version`): 0.9-rc1
   * OS: alpine 3.7
   
   ### Minimal test code / Steps to reproduce the issue
   1. set redirect plugin (302 https://gitea.nsa.work) to host : gitea.nsa.work

   2. upload SSL certs.
   
   3. request http://gitea.nsa.work
   
   ### What's the actual result? (including assertion message & call stack if applicable)
