Menubar

[Michael Wechner <mi...@wyona.org>]

Hi

Most Menubar(s) within the sample publications don't work anymore properly:

1) The Authoring Tab does not appear in the foreground when being within
the authoring area
2) The link behind the Live Tab does not work anymore

What needs to be fixed such that they are working again?

I think it is important that we reflect/update changes within the
samples publications, else they are worthless.

Thanks

Michael
