PerlRun on Redhat 8 (mod_perl 1.99 and Apache 2.0.40)

Hi,

How can I run PerlRun with mod_perl 1.99 and Apache 2.0.40? I tried this:
<Location /index.html>
   SetHandler perl-script
   PerlHandler Apache::PerlRun
   PerlSendHeader On
   Options +ExecCGI
</Location>

But I got error like:
[Tue May 13 23:38:13 2003] [error] failed to resolve handler
`Apache::PerlRun'
[Tue May 13 23:38:13 2003] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Can't locate
Apache/PerlRun.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl .) at (eval 1)
line 3.

I checked my package in mod_perl and there is no Apache/PerlRun.pm. 
[root@poseidon www]# rpm -ql mod_perl | grep PerlRun.pm
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/ModPerl/PerlRun.
pm

How can I fix this?

No. See for yourself:

% perl -MMath::Round=round -le 'print round(1.99_10)'
2

:)

Seriously, 1.99 will turn 2.0 once it's completed.

Thanks a lot for the link. It works now :)

But one thing I don't understand, isn't mod_perl 1.99 supposed to be
mod_perl 1.0? I mean, the documentation is for mod_perl 2.0. It is my
Apache that is 2.0.
