New QA Volunteer

Hi,

My name is Purva and I would like to join the QA team as a Volunteer. I am
from Houston, TX. 

I am new to QA field. I took training in QA and learned some of the testing
tools such as HP quality center, QTP, Load runner and also know how to
report Bug on Mantis.  I am willing to learn more and get some real time
experience.  

I am new in this field so I would like to try easier task first. 

Please let me know what should be my next step.
