Continuing this VOTE to release Apache Flagon UserALE.js (Incubating) 2.1.0 RC1 on general@ for release approval

Two Minor issues were discovered during the VOTE that will be resolved in the next release:
1. NOTICE FILE should be copyright 2020 ASF (is currently 2019-2020)
2. ALv2 License Header Missing from webpack.config.js in /examples directory (has been fixed at Master for next release)

This Minor release includes :
 
	• Module package-bundler deployment support (include UserALE.js via 'import' & 'require')
	• Updated existing example page to include a range of HTML elements
	• New example page for including UserALE.js as a module (Webpack example)
	• Added support for logging from HTML Forms
	• Added SessionId persistence via SessionStorage
	• Exposes a wide range of functions to support custom logging with UserALE.js
	• Added support for passing auth-headers via log pipeline to back-end
	• Added additional log fields: browser type and version, inner width/height (for heatmaps)

Hi,

+1 (binding)

I checked:
- incubating in name
- signatures and hashes fine
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE are fine
- No unexpected binary files
- All source files have ASF headers
- Can compile from source

BTW there not much point in including the KEYS file in the release.
