What is the problem

I like to find all valid Facets on simple types for that I used the method
getDefinedFacets(). But it is returning only WHITESPACE from decimal simple
type.
I thought it return

PATTERN 
WHITESPACE
ENUMERATION
MAXINCLUSIVE
|MININCLUSIVE
MAXEXCLUSIVE
MINEXCLUSIVE
TOTALDIGITS 
FRACTIONDIGITS

Is there any way I can get those info.
