Docs as PDF

Hi,

  I think I understood that the avalon documentation is also available as PDF 
(generated from xdocs to fo by a stylesheet from Berin). But looking at he 
mail archives and for ant targets, I haven't been able to find out how to 
produce this kind of documentation.

  Any hints?
