The new Implementation for the Storage Format in ZEPPELIN-2619 is causing a row of Problems:

* certain characters like ":" break the Front-End in a secured environment - this seems to be related to shiro and how those characters are interpreted as control chars
* moving a notebook to an existing folder overwrites the entire folder causing data loss
* general instability on notebook-Operations, e.g. moving a notebook can crash the entire zeppelin instance

The new Format looks like a great idea but causes a row of issues
