The link to mod_speling is misspelt as
'http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_spelling.html' (the link text is
misspelt 'mod_spelling' also), which link produces a 403 error.  Correcting the
spelling in the URL to mod_speling gives the desired page,
http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_speling.html
