[PR] Define the resource and mapping column lists once [airavata-custos]

yasithdev opened a new pull request, #598:

   The resource columns are repeated in 4 queries in `compute_allocation_resource_store.go`, and the mapping columns in 2 in `compute_allocation_resource_mapping_store.go`.
   
   ```
   grep -c "SELECT id, name, resource_type, resource_amount, compute_cluster_id" compute_allocation_resource_store.go
   → 4
   grep -c "SELECT id, compute_allocation_id, compute_allocation_resource_id, resource_amount, resource_time" compute_allocation_resource_mapping_store.go
   → 2
   ```
   
   This PR adds a column constant for each, as the rate and override stores have. Query results are unchanged.
