   No this hasn't been fixed, I tested it on `14.0.1`:
   
   ```text
   3.9.18 (main, Aug 25 2023, 13:20:04) 
   [GCC 9.4.0]
   pa.__version__='14.0.1'
   has_distinct_count=False, distinct_count=None
   ```
