JIRA Rights: Jason Dunckley

Heather,

 

I'd like to propose Jason Dunckley having JIRA access rights.  Jason has
been actively testing aspects of NetUI around validation and popups.

 

While I know no formal vote is needed for this action, it is our process
to declare this type of sponsorship on this list.
