Apache 2.2 mod_dav_svn.so for Subversion 1.3 on Windows XP

Does anyone know if there is a Subversion 1.3 mod_dav_svn.so module for
Apache 2.2 and Windows XP?

I tried using the one that came with the installer and then Apache will not
start.

If not, does anyone know when this will be coming?
