Looking into integration of [https://github.com/sonalake/utah-parser] as additional tool
 * The library is quite nice to parse semi-structured text 
 * It is under ASL so no licence issues
 * Jar is published  on Maven Central (https://search.maven.org/artifact/com.sonalake/utah-parser/1.0.2/jar)
