Broken links in User Guilde

Hi there,

there are broken links in the user guide for Torque 3.1.1
(http://db.apache.org/torque/user-guide.html) web site pointing to a not
existing download page
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-turbine/torque/release/3.1.1/.
