   Running master (before this change) I see this on startup:
   
   ```
   [Mar 26 17:22:28.037]  WARNING: STRICT is invalid for proxy.config.ssl.client.verify.server.policy.  Should be one of DISABLED, PERMISSIVE, or ENFORCED
   ```
