    [NO ISSUE][UI] Always use Bun for Dashboard Build
    
    Details:
    If node is present on a machine being used to build
    the dashboard, the Angular build (ng) can potentially
    use it instead of the installed version of Bun, even
    though we use Bun to run the script to begin with.
    
    Forcing use of Bun through bunfig.toml fixes this
    without requiring other environmental changes.
