reminder - sending email from your apache id

(This is important for Release Managers sending Announce emails)

Support for this was changed/added, please see
https://reference.apache.org/committer/email#sendingemailfromyourapacheorgemailaddress

I updated my email program for this, and tested it - worked fine including
signing / encrypting email messages (with my gpg apache credentials).
