The two operations: {{startBackup()}} and {{startRestore()}} exposed by {{RepositoryManagementMBean}} throw an error when accessed:
{{Cannot perform operation: no service of type FileStoreBackupRestoreMBean found.}}
Since this functionality is seldom used, these two methods should be removed.
