   ### Apache NetBeans version
   
   Apache NetBeans 17
   
   ### What happened
   
   Opening [Log4j](https://github.com/apache/logging-log4j2) project for the first time takes a long time. Especially priming build is long.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   - clear all VSCode settings, remove maven cache (.m2/repository)
   - Start VSCode with NBLS
   - select clone git repository
   - clone https://github.com/apache/logging-log4j2 repo
   - pick local directory
   - wait till priming build and backgroud scanning ends (watch CPU usage of vsc and maven processes)
   - it takes 35 minutes on my test environment

   Windows 10
   
   ### JDK
   
   JDK 17
   
   ### Apache NetBeans packaging
   
   Apache VSNetBeans for VSCode
