Xerces 1.3.1

Hi All,

While working on the release candidate, we've stumbled over some (evidently)
well-known documented (by the Xerces folks) bugs in Xerces 1.3.1.

So, here's the question:

Has anybody gotten any version of Apache SOAP, version 2.1 or later (nightly
build, etc...), to work with Xerces 1.3.1? If you have, please post the date
of the nightly build, or a snapshot of your build (which you can email to me
if you would like).
