[jira] Commented: (DIRSTUDIO-409) No error message in some special case

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRSTUDIO-409?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12678478#action_12678478 ]

Stefan Seelmann commented on DIRSTUDIO-409:
-------------------------------------------

Changed exception handling in wizards: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=749146&view=rev

Now the real exception pops up. It has to do with the referral handling. There are some more issues with referral handlng, let's discuss them at ApacheCon.

> When doing this manipulation :
> - connect on a server with 'referral' set to 'manage'
> - select an entry which is a referral
> - right click on 'new entry'
> - add an entry (for instance, with OC = person, sn=test, cn=test)
> - when the popup with the proposed referral is showed, just click on cancel
> - an empty error popup appears. Clicking on 'Details' gives :
> java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
