Unlike most (all?) of the other Avro formats, the AWS Glue Schema Registry version doesn't include a META-INF/services/org.apache.flink.table.factories.Factory resource or a class implementing 
org.apache.flink.table.factories.DeserializationFormatFactory and org.apache.flink.table.factories.SerializationFormatFactory.
