Will we have OldMetadataV1, OldMetadataV2... simultaneously in the server module? I think that is unimaginable.
   
   When IoTDB evolves to newer versions, the code for upgrading 0.9 to 0.10 will be removed. Because we are not going to support to upgrade directly from 0.8 to 0.10. 
   
   But I think keeping the old structures away from new codes is a good idea.
