Existing Compute Resources should be listed/sorted based on their Creation Date. Currently the list is not sorted

In Browse compute resource page there is no search key value pair existence to search for existing Compute Resources.

Ideally user should be able to search using Compute Resource name, description and even by giving application interface or application deployment linked to the compute resource
